Prohibiting civil rights violations based on disability, gender identity or sexual orientation [HB-2907]
The purpose of this bill is to prohibit civil rights violations based on disability gender identity, or sexual orientation. The bill provides that evidence of constitutionally protected speech or associations is not admissible in criminal prosecutions except in certain situations. The bill provides for sentencing alternatives for persons convicted of violations. And, the amendments to this section are to be known as "Angel's Law".

Lauren's Law increasing penalty for delivery of certain controlled substances [SB-584]
The purpose of this bill is to increase the sentence for the offense of delivery of a controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance when the use, ingestion or consumption thereof results in death, to a determinate sentence of life, which may not be suspended; providing that this bill shall be known as Lauren's Law.

Relating to the Anti-Terrorism Act [HB-2757]
