Pottawattamie County Reversionary Interest Conveyance Act This bill directs the Department of the Interior to convey to the state of Iowa, without consideration, the reversionary interest held by the United States in certain land in Pottawattamie County described in the quitclaim deed dated April 13, 1998. The bill urges such state to continue to provide information relating to the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail, the California National Historic Trail, and the Mormon Pioneer National Historic Trail.

Endangered Fish Recovery Programs Extension Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill extends through FY2023 the authority of the Department of the Interior to use power revenues collected pursuant to the Colorado River Storage Project Act for annual base funding of endangered fish recovery implementation programs for the Upper Colorado and San Juan River Basins. (Sec. 3) Additionally, Interior must submit to Congress a report that describes the accomplishments and costs of the recovery implementation programs.
