To direct the Secretary of Defense to provide for the inclusion of the names of certain members of the Armed Forces on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. This bill directs the Department of Defense to provide for the inclusion on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in the District of Columbia of the names of those members of the Armed Forces who died in transit to or from a covered combat zone during the Vietnam conflict, including the members who died in the Loma Ridge plane crash in California on June 25, 1965.
