Cooperate with Law Enforcement Agencies and Watch Act of 2018 (Sec. 2) This bill limits a financial institution's liability for maintaining a customer account in compliance with a written request by a federal, state, tribal, or local law enforcement agency. A federal or state agency may not take an adverse supervisory action against a financial institution with respect to maintaining an account consistent with such a request.

Multiple Firearm Sales Reporting Modernization Act of 2017 This bill amends the federal criminal code to broaden existing reporting requirements with respect to multiple sales or dispositions of certain firearms to an unlicensed person within five business days. Under current law, the reporting requirement applies to multiple sales or dispositions of pistols, revolvers, or any combination of pistols and revolvers. This bill makes the reporting requirement applicable to multiple sales or dispositions of any firearms.

State Insurance Regulation Preservation Act This bill amends the Home Owners' Loan Act to limit the applicability of reporting and filing requirements for insurance savings and loan holding companies (ISLHCs). Such holding companies shall also be exempt from requirements relating to examination and supervision by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) if they meet certain state and federal capital requirements. Certain FRB regulations as applied to ISLHCs must be tailored to the insurance business and applicable state insurance requirements.
