BASIC Act Budgetary Accuracy in Scoring Interest Costs Act of 2017 This bill amends the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to require any cost estimates prepared by the Congressional Budget Office or the Joint Committee on Taxation to include the cost of servicing the public debt.

Do Your Job Act This bill amends the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 to create points of order against resolutions providing for: (1) the adjournment of the House for more than three days during August until the House has approved all of the annual appropriation bills, or (2) the adjournment of either the House or the Senate for more than three days between October 1 and the end of the session of Congress until all of the annual appropriation bills have been presented to the President. NOPE Act No Ongoing Perks Enrichment Act This bill withholds the salaries of Members of a house of Congress that has not agreed to a budget resolution for FY2018 by April 15, 2017, as required by the Congressional Budget Act of 1974. Salaries are withheld from April 16, 2017, until the house of Congress agrees to a budget resolution or the last day of the 115th Congress, whichever is earlier. The bill amends the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 to eliminate automatic pay adjustments for Members of Congress. The bill prohibits use of funds
