Requires the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to report on diagnostic tests to diagnose COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) or detect the virus that causes the disease. Protect Our Military Children Act [HB-4295]
Directs the Department of Defense to carry out a pilot program providing blood testing to children of certain members of the Armed Forces. Such members are those who served on a military installation in the continental United States that was exposed to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances at any time during the previous 10 years. Preventing Lead Poisoning Act of 2019 [HB-3842]
Requires coverage under the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) of lead blood level assessments. Specifically, CHIP must cover a child's assessment once at the age of 12 months and once at the age of 24 months, or once between the ages of 24 months and 72 months if the child has never been assessed. Stem Cell Therapeutic and Research Reauthorization Act of 2019 [HB-3520]
Modifies and reauthorizes through FY2024 the C.W.
