Directs the Department of Defense to carry out a pilot program providing blood testing to children of certain members of the Armed Forces. Such members are those who served on a military installation in the continental United States that was exposed to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances at any time during the previous 10 years. A criterion for selection of an installation for participation shall be whether a high rate of children receive health care at a military medical treatment facility at the installation.

Improving Oversight of Women Veterans’ Care Act of 2019 [HB-4096] [Healthcare ] [Veterans ] [Public Health ]
Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to submit an annual report on women veterans' access to gender-specific services under arrangements entered into by the VA with non-VA medical providers for the provision of hospital care or medical services. The bill also requires the VA to establish a policy under which (1) the environment of care standards and inspections at VA medical centers include specified elements, and (2) no medical center is eligible for a five-star rating unless it meets the environment of care standards.
