AN ACT concerning Anne Arundel County Alcoholic Beverages
Purpose: The bill requires the holder of Class B or Class H alcoholic beverages license in Anne Arundel County to attest in a sworn statement that a certain percentage of gross receipts from food sales for a specific period preceding the renewal application were equal to the gross receipts from the sale of food and alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption.
Changes: The bill amends certain sections of the Article - Alcoholic Beverages in Maryland related to the renewal of Class B and Class H alcoholic beverages licenses in Anne Arundel County.
