Bill Summary:
This bill allows manufacturers or wholesalers of alcoholic beverages to donate alcoholic beverages to nonprofits for fundraising events happening at licensed retailers. The retailer cannot charge for the beverages, but the nonprofit can charge a fee for the event. The nonprofit must provide information about the event and the donated beverages to the commission. There are limits on the value of donations and the number of events a retailer can host in a year.
