Enhancing Law Enforcement Resources Act of 2018 This bill amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to allow state agencies administering the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as the food stamp program) to disclose a household member's address, Social Security number, and photograph to a law enforcement officer who provides the member's household electronic benefit transfer card number to locate or apprehend the member for specified law enforcement purposes and as an official duty.
