The purpose of this bill is to permit a farm winery to enter alternating wine proprietorship agreements with farm owners located in West Virginia who obtain licensure as a farm winery and rent or lease space from the established farm winery who owns wine production facilities, equipment and separately bonded wine areas and other space for the safe and sanitary manufacture of wine.
