Adds any place or operation that prepares or stores food for distribution to child or adult day care centers or schools, regardless of whether the receiving day care center or school holds a restaurant license, to the definition of "restaurant" as it applies to Title 35.1 (Hotels, Restaurants, Summer Camps, and Campgrounds).
