Establishes a person is guilty of manslaughter in the first degree when he or she recklessly causes the death of another person by means of a deadly weapon or deadly instrument; establishes a person is guilty of murder in the second degree when he or she under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to the life of another person, intentionally engages in conduct which creates a grave risk of death to another person, and thereby causes the death of another person; establishes two of the situations where a person is guilty of murder in the second degree are not mutually exclusive.
