Establishing that the grant by a deed of a restriction governing two or more separate parcels of land owned by the same grantor under separate deeds does not consolidate the parcels for any other purpose under specified circumstances, unless the deed granting the restriction provides otherwise; establishing that, unless the deed granting the restriction provides otherwise, a parcel of land subject to a specified restriction may be conveyed separately without specified approval but shall remain subject to the restriction; etc.
