Establishing the Benefits Cliff Pilot Program in the Department of Human Services to mitigate the cliff effect and increase workforce participation participants; requiring the Department to convene a certain stakeholder support group; and requiring the Department to submit a final report by December 1, 2026, to certain committees of the General Assembly to include data on the number of participants who entered the workforce, yearly income, hourly wage and increases, expenses incurred by the State, and reasons for exiting the workforce.
