About SB-1239

Dairy Producer Margin Coverage Premium Assistance Program; Fund; sunset. Creates in the state treasury a special nonreverting fund to be known as the Dairy Producer Margin Coverage Premium Assistance Program Fund. The bill extends the expiration date of the provisions of the Dairy Producer Margin Coverage Premium Assistance Program from July 1, 2023, to July 1, 2028.
