"Of divorce,"
(MCL 552.1 to 552.45) by adding section 6a.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 6a. Beginning January 1, 2021, a complaint for divorce filed with the court shall not be made available to the public until the defendant has been served with or received notice of that complaint.
