A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
by amending section 32 (MCL 250.1032).
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 32. (1) The Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), the portion of highway I-69 between the western city limit of the city of Flint and the eastern city limit of the city of Port Huron shall be known as the "Veterans Memorial Highway".
(2) The portion of highway I-69 between Center Road and Belsay Road in the city of Burton shall be known as the "Bataan and Corregidor Veterans Memorial Highway".
