AN ACT

 

amending section 15-326, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to school district governing boards.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 15-326, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE15-326.  Capacity to sue and be sued and to hold and convey property

The governing board of a school district shallin the district name, as specified in section 15‑441, subsection B, may:

1.  Sue and with the approval of the county school superintendent and the county board of supervisors.

2.  Be sued.
